This project is a continuation of the Practice Learning Taskforce project, and is designed to encourage adults' and childrens' national organisations to develop practice learning strategies for the first time. Action learning will be integrated into this work.
A national steering group was established in 2006 which agreed the selection criteria for organisations (see update below) and priority areas for Children's and Adults' Services. A review was also commissioned of the PLTF project.
The project has been divided into two phases:
Phase 1 - targeted at organisations involved in the PLTF project who wish to build on the progress already made.
Phase 2 - open advertising to encourage new organisations to bid to take part in the project.
